We're based in Sydney and service the greater Sydney area — CBD, eastern suburbs, inner west, north shore, Northern Beaches, and everywhere in between. We also travel to Central Coast, Blue Mountains, Hunter Valley, and South Coast for destination weddings. If you're not sure whether we cover your venue, just ask.

No travel fee for weddings inside the greater Sydney metro area. For venues outside Sydney — Central Coast, Southern Highlands, Blue Mountains, Hunter Valley — a travel fee may apply, and we'll give you the exact cost upfront. No surprise add-ons, ever.

We confirm the venue contract, access and load-in windows, supplier contacts, ceremony and reception handovers, wet-weather options, and any venue-owned responsibilities before the day. Your venue's current instructions remain the source of truth for its operations.

Our Sydney coordination services start from $600 for a 3-hour set-up, $1,500 for Coordination Lite (set-up + ceremony coordination), and $2,000 to $2,800 for full on-the-day coordination by package length. Full wedding planning starts at $7,700. All prices are transparent on our services page — no quote walls.

Availability depends on your date, package length, venues, and team requirements. Send us the date and venue as soon as you know you want support; if the wedding is close, we can still check the live calendar without promising a date that is not available.
