Each price is the whole price for our team, GST included. There is no travel fee inside the Sydney metro area, and an extra team member for a large set-up is quoted before you book.
Every coordination package includes a pre-wedding consultation and your run sheet, and we speak to your vendors from four to six weeks out.

Getting around Sydney
There is no travel fee anywhere in the Sydney metro area: the CBD, the eastern suburbs, the inner west, the north shore, the Northern Beaches and everywhere in between.
Many Sydney weddings are in two places: a church and then a reception, a park and then a restaurant. Travel between them is inside the hours you book, so count it when you choose six, eight, ten or twelve hours.

Is there a travel fee for Sydney weddings?
There is no travel fee for weddings inside the greater Sydney metro area. Outside Sydney, on the Central Coast, in the Southern Highlands, on the South Coast, in the Blue Mountains and in the Hunter Valley, travel is quoted for your venue before you book.
How do you prepare for a Sydney wedding venue?
Before the day we go through your venue contract, the access and load-in times, your vendor contacts, the move from ceremony to reception, the wet-weather options and anything the venue looks after itself. Your venue's own instructions are always the final word on how it runs.
