The platform is free for up to 100 guests. Manage is $149 and Elevate is $399, each paid once, GST included. In Sydney and regional NSW, on-the-day coordination is $1,800 for six hours, $2,200 for eight, $2,640 for ten and $3,080 for twelve, and we plan the wedding with you from $9,900 inc. GST.

- Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
- In your first week, any paid plan is 10% off: Manage $134, Elevate $359.
- Memories on its own is $59, once. It is included in Elevate.
- If you move up later, you only pay the difference between the new plan's price and what you have already paid.
Printed stationery is priced per order, and you see the price before you order. Extra SMS credits are sold in packs inside the platform.

We plan and coordinate weddings in Sydney and regional NSW. Each price below is the whole price for our team, GST included.
Wedding Planning

Styled & Sorted

- The logistics of your decor organised by us

On-The-Day Coordination

- A consultation before the day, to confirm what you need

On-The-Day Coordination and Styled & Sorted include Manage ($149), and Wedding Planning includes Elevate ($399).
What can change the price.
- Extra time on the day, at $220 inc. GST an hour, if you would like us to stay. We check with you first.
- A large set-up that needs an extra team member.
- Travel outside greater Sydney, which we quote before you book. There is no travel fee inside greater Sydney.
- A vendor meal for each of our team on the day.
We confirm the exact figure in your quote, before you book.
If your venue's coordinator runs the whole day, your vendors included, you may not need us.
Questions about our prices.
Is the platform really free?
Yes, for up to 100 guests. The Free plan includes the checklist, budget tracker, guest list and RSVPs, your wedding website, and the floor plan and table planner. You do not need a card to start.
What happens at 100 guests?
The Free plan holds up to 100 guests. For a bigger guest list, Manage is $149, paid once, and has no guest limit. Everything you have already entered stays where it is.
Do we pay once or every month?
Once. Manage is $149 and Elevate is $399. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
Can we move up later?
Yes. You only pay the difference between the new plan's price and what you have already paid.
Do the prices include GST?
Yes. Every price on this page includes GST. Service prices have included GST since 7 September 2026.
Is a service price the final price?
It is the price for the hours and inclusions shown. Travel outside Sydney or an extra team member for a large set-up can add to it, and we tell you the figure on your quote before you book. If your day runs late and you would like us to stay, it is $220 inc. GST an hour.
Does coordination include the platform?
Yes. On-The-Day Coordination and Styled & Sorted include Manage ($149), and Wedding Planning includes Elevate ($399). Set It Up is set-up only, so it does not include a plan.
