How finding your vendors works.
The directory feeds your shortlist, your shortlist feeds your enquiries, and every booking goes into your budget, so it is one process instead of three different tools.
Search by category and region, and save the ones you like.
You can also search venues by style, facilities and capacity.
Send an enquiry. Your date, guest count and venue are already in it.
So a vendor has what they need to reply with a real quote.
Mark who you have booked. Each booking appears in your budget.
Each vendor sits at a stage: comparing, enquired or booked.
Build your vendor shortlist as you browse.
Save vendors as you browse and compare them side by side. Each one keeps its stage, its quote and its contact in one place, without a spreadsheet or a dozen open tabs.

What happens before you pay a deposit.
Every vendor on your shortlist goes through the same four steps.
- CompareVendors side by side: the quote, what you loved and your concerns.
- EnquireYour date, guest count and venue are filled in, and replies come back to one inbox.
- BookMark them booked and they join your wedding team, and your budget.
- CheckEach listing shows its own details and links, and a Google rating where the listing has one. A listing is not an endorsement.

Common questions about finding your vendors.
How many wedding vendors are in the directory?
More than 2,300 public Australian wedding-business listings, including more than 900 venues, across photography, florals, celebrants, catering, music, beauty and more. A listing is not an endorsement, so please check the profile, its links and the business's availability before you book.
Can I send enquiries to vendors directly?
Yes, where the business's listing takes enquiries. The enquiry carries your wedding date, guest count and venue, so a vendor has what they need to reply with a real quote. Replies land in your enquiry inbox.
Is the vendor directory free?
Yes. You can browse and shortlist vendors on every plan, including Free. Whether you can enquire depends on the business's listing, and each listing links to the business's own pages so you can check the details before you book.
Two more questions
How do I save vendors to a shortlist?
Tap the heart on any vendor card or profile and they are saved to your shortlist. Open it whenever you like to compare your saved vendors side by side, and remove any you have ruled out.
Can I link booked vendors to my budget?
Yes. Once you book a vendor, link them to a budget category so the deposit, balance and final payment live beside the vendor. Your budget shows the real spend for each vendor as quotes turn into deposits and deposits into final payments.
