The handover should confirm venue access and load-in rules, supplier travel windows, wet-weather and coastal-wind alternatives, ceremony relocation, and any timing that depends on daylight. The venue's current contract and instructions remain the source of truth.

Central Coast coordination starts from $1,500 for Coordination Lite. On-the-day coordination is $2,000 to $2,800 by package length, and full wedding planning starts from $7,700. Regional travel is quoted upfront for the specific venue.
