We're based in Sydney and travel to the Central Coast regularly. A travel fee applies to cover our drive up and accommodation if needed for dawn set-ups. We'll quote the exact cost upfront based on your venue — no surprise add-ons, no quote walls.

Yes. We coordinate across country estates, hotels, garden venues, waterview properties, and beach venues — most often around Gosford, Ourimbah, Wyong, and Caves Beach. Each venue has its own load-in pattern and supplier network, and we bring that knowledge into your runsheet from the first call.

Central Coast coordination starts from $600 for set-up and $1,500 for Coordination Lite (set-up + ceremony coordination). On-the-day coordination runs $2,000 to $2,800 depending on hours, and full wedding planning from $7,700. Travel fee is additional and we quote it upfront based on your venue.

6–12 months is typical for peak spring and summer Saturdays on the Coast. For on-the-day coordination specifically, 3–6 months is usually enough. If your wedding is closer and your date's still open, reach out — we often flex spots through schedule shifts, especially on quieter weekdays.
