South Coast coordination starts from $600 for set-up and $1,500 for Coordination Lite (set-up + ceremony coordination). On-the-day coordination is $2,000 to $2,800 by package length, and full wedding planning from $7,700. Travel fee is additional and we quote it upfront based on your specific venue.

9–12 months out suits peak spring and summer Saturdays on the South Coast, when Jervis Bay and Berry weekends fill quickly. For on-the-day coordination specifically, 4–6 months is usually enough.
