On-the-day coordination is $1,800 for six hours, $2,200 for eight, $2,640 for ten and $3,080 for twelve, GST included. We are based in Sydney, so travel is quoted for your venue before you book.

Each price is the whole price for our team, GST included. Travel to the South Coast is added, and we quote it for your venue before you book, as we do an extra team member if your set-up needs one.
Every coordination package includes a pre-wedding consultation and your run sheet, and we speak to your vendors from four to six weeks out.

Jordan was incredibly organised on the day, handing us things that we didn’t even think of (the cotton buds in the flowers were the best for the teary eyes!) as well as troubleshoot things like the makeup stain on a bridesmaids dress. She also had a margarita on standby whenever I started looking a little overwhelmed, which was a godsend. We received the most perfect pictures with their help, directing the photographers to what we wanted, organised family photos (and hunted down family who had wandered to the cocktails early) and told everyone how to use their sparklers for the perfect sparkler exit shot. Getting to the South Coast
Kiama and Gerringong are under two hours' drive from Sydney, Kangaroo Valley about two, Berry just over two, and Huskisson, on Jervis Bay, about three (Destination NSW).
We're based in Sydney, so regional travel applies, and for an early start we may need to stay nearby the night before. We quote it for your venue before you book.

What a run sheet here has to allow for, and why.
Wind on the coast.
The afternoon wind at Nowra averages 20 km/h, against 17 in Sydney (Bureau of Meteorology). For an outdoor ceremony we write down who decides to move it, and by what time.
Rain, and the wet-weather plan.
March is the wettest month on this coast: 139 mm at Nowra and 186 mm at Kiama on average (Bureau of Meteorology). In January 2026 it rained all day on a wedding we ran at Jamberoo, and the wet-weather plan was the day.
Time on the road.
At Terara in May 2025 the bus was late in traffic and the day still ran to time. A regional run sheet allows for the road.

Most venues have a coordinator who looks after the venue. We look after everything else you have booked, and the day as a whole.
