We're based in Sydney, so regional travel applies to South Coast bookings and accommodation may be needed for an early start. We quote the specific travel requirement before booking rather than publishing a generic fee that may not fit your venue or schedule.

The handover should confirm supplier travel and arrival windows, venue access and pack-down rules, accommodation where an early start requires it, and a documented wet-weather or wind alternative for outdoor plans. The venue's current contract and instructions remain the source of truth.

South Coast coordination starts from $1,500 for Coordination Lite. On-the-day coordination is $2,000 to $2,800 by package length, and full wedding planning starts from $7,700. Regional travel is additional and quoted upfront for the specific venue.
