That's the whole price for our team. If you need us for more than ten hours or outside Sydney, we quote it before you book. Extra hours are $220 inc. GST each.

What couples say about working with us
These are from couples whose day we coordinated.
“She brings structure, calm and joy into the planning process.”
Shadi’s review, in full
Jordan and Michael were the glue that held our special day (and the weeks leading up to it) together, we absolutely could not have done it without them. Jordan is incredibly lovely to work with, she brings your vision to life and helps you navigate all the little hurdles in the lead up and on the day. She brings structure, calm and joy into the planning process. On the day, you can relax and enjoy every moment knowing that her and the team have got it all handled. What an absolute joy to work with, could not recommend them enough! Even if you’ve DIY’d most of your wedding, you absolutely need an on the day coordinator…thank you so much Managing Matrimony ❤️

Jordan and her team are absolutely exceptional at what they do! From our first conversation, Jordan takes the time to understand what you need and your vision for your big day and executes it to perfection. Our day was intense rain and Jordan, Michael and Bella went above and beyond to sort everything in the background, remained calm (while soaked!) and made sure we had the day of our dreams. I cannot thank them enough or recommend them enough! True professionals and just absolutely lovely people to deal with. 10/10

What the fee covers
We plan the whole wedding with you: your budget, your vendors, your styling and your send-off. We keep the planning moving and you make the big calls, so being engaged doesn't turn into a second job.
From the day you book
- A first meeting about what you want, what matters most and what you can spend.
- A planning roadmap from the day you book to the wedding, with check-in meetings along the way.
- An itemised first budget, then one budget for the whole wedding, with every payment, due date and reminder tracked for you. You always pay your vendors directly.
- Your guest list in our platform: we import it, send your save the dates once you've approved them, and keep track of every reply and meal choice.
- Elevate ($399), our planning platform with no guest limit, so you can see every part of the planning just by logging in.
- Support by email and phone the whole way through.
Your venue and vendors
- If you haven't locked in a venue yet, we shortlist and compare venues and come to a site visit with you.
- Up to three options in each category you still need, checked against your date, budget and style: photography, videography, celebrant, catering, entertainment, cake, hair and makeup, and transport.
- We read your vendor contracts and help you negotiate before you sign.
- Once a vendor is booked, we look after them: we are their point of contact from that day to the wedding itself.
- We speak to your venue's coordinator for you, and work inside your venue's rules on curfew, open flame and fixings, suggesting another way where something isn't allowed.
- A list of vendors we suggest for the smaller touches.
- Help with accommodation and transport for you and your guests.
Your styling
- A styling consultation and a mood board, so we are all clear on how your day should look.
- Styling meetings along the way, as the look comes together.
- Help choosing your stationery and getting it printed.
- We source all the decor and styling, from big-ticket items like furniture to small touches like a welcome sign frame.
- Everything is sourced through vendors we trust, including the hire, floral and styling companies we partner with.
On the day
- Your floor plan, help with the seating plan, your run sheet, a vendor contact sheet and a set-up and pack-down schedule.
- Our full On-The-Day Coordination, for ten hours with up to three of us on site: your vendors briefed four to six weeks out, your ceremony cued, the day kept to time, and the calls on the day made for you.
- We organise all the decor logistics, and set everything up on the day.
- Ceremony decor set-up: chairs, chair covers or ribbons, floor runners or rugs, signage, confetti cones, plinths, parasols or fans and more.
- Reception set-up: place cards, menus, glassware, crockery, centrepieces, napkins, candle holders and candles, lamps, guestbook station, gift table, favours, dancefloor and photobooth props.
- Pack-down at the end of your event, since we are already there.
What it doesn't cover
- Your venue's and vendors' own costs, like hire, flowers, catering and printing. They quote and bill you directly.
- Installations that need a specialist, like ceiling draping, rigging and lighting. We find the installer and look after them.
- More than ten hours on the day. We're happy to add hours, and we quote them first.
- Signing or paying for you. You sign each agreement and pay each invoice, we're copied in, and we never hold your money.

Jordan, Michael and Bella

The team that styles your tables is the team cueing your aisle: run sheet in hand, steamer in the kit, your first drinks poured before you're back from photos.
We only take on as many weddings as we can give our full attention, as if each one were our own.
We built our own planning platform, so you can see every part of the planning just by logging in.
Common questions about wedding planning in Sydney
How much does a wedding planner cost in Sydney?
Ours is from $9,900 inc. GST, with styling and ten hours on the day included. Your venue and vendors are paid separately, by you, directly to them.
What is the difference between a wedding planner and a coordinator?
A planner works with you for months on the venue, vendors, budget and design. A coordinator takes your finished plan four to six weeks out and runs the day.
Wedding coordinator or wedding planner: what's the difference?
Do we need a minimum budget?
No, we don't work to a minimum budget, but we'll always be upfront about what yours can do. Where we see a way to get a similar result for less, we'll explain it.
More questions
Can we keep vendors we have already booked?
Yes. We only source the categories you still need, and then look after all your vendors from there.
What's the difference between partial planning and full wedding planning?
Partial planning helps with some parts of your wedding, and full planning covers everything from start to finish. We keep it to one Wedding Planning package, from $9,900 inc. GST, which covers what many planners split across the two: your budget, finding your venue and vendors, styling, and ten hours on the day.
Who pays our vendors?
You do, directly to each vendor. We never hold your money.
How many meetings are included?
A first consultation, a styling and design meeting, a site visit, and two details meetings about four months and one month out, with check-ins in between. Meetings are in person or online.
Do you plan weddings outside Sydney?
Yes, in the Hunter Valley, the Southern Highlands, the South Coast, the Blue Mountains and the Central Coast. Travel is quoted for your venue before you book.
