Common questions about Memories.
How do guests add photos?
They scan the QR code on your poster, or open the link you send. It opens a web page on their phone: they type their first name once, pick photos or a video from their camera roll, and it lands in your gallery a moment later.
Do guests need to download an app or make an account?
No. Memories opens in the phone's browser: there is nothing to install and nothing to sign up for. If someone's camera cannot read a QR code, the link does the same thing.
What does it cost, and what happens after the wedding?
$59 AUD, once, for your wedding, inc. GST, or included at no extra cost with Elevate. There is no subscription and nothing to renew. Your gallery stays online, and you can download everything in full resolution whenever you like.

Can guests upload video, and how long can it be?
Yes. Each clip can be up to 60 seconds, long enough for a speech, the first dance or the sparkler exit. Clips sit in the same gallery as the photos.
Who can see the photos?
Only the people you give the link or QR code to. Your gallery is not listed anywhere on our site, and you can hide any photo or clip from the slideshow with one tap. Each wedding's gallery holds up to 30 GB.
Can I print a poster with the QR code?
Yes. Download a printable A4 poster as a PDF, with your names, your colours and your QR code, ready for the bar or the welcome table. You can also download the QR code on its own as a PNG for your own signage or stationery.
