Managing Matrimony is an Australian wedding planning platform and a wedding coordination team based in Sydney. We plan and coordinate weddings across Sydney and regional NSW, and we built the platform we use to run them. Couples anywhere in Australia can use it to plan their own wedding.

Why we built our own platform.
We were married at The Woods Farm, Jervis Bay, on 8 March 2025. Planning it took a spreadsheet, a folder of quotes and a dozen apps.
Two months later we coordinated our first wedding for another couple, and we have been coordinating weddings ever since. We built the platform so that everything for a wedding lives in one plan, and we run every wedding from it.
Couples across Australia have been using it since February 2026. It is the platform we wish we had had while we were planning our own wedding.

You plan, we run the day
On-the-day coordination. We take the plan you have made, brief your vendors and run the day.

Six to twelve hours on the day. Includes Manage ($149).
Sydney and regional NSW
We plan it with you
Wedding planning with styling. We help you find your venue and vendors, manage the budget, design the look, and run the day for ten hours.
From $9,900 inc. GST
Includes Elevate ($399).
