Hunter Valley coordination starts from $1,500 for Coordination Lite. On-the-day coordination is $2,000 for 8 hours, $2,400 for 10 hours, or $2,800 for 12 hours, and full wedding planning starts from $7,700. Regional travel is quoted upfront for the specific venue.
