Every coordination package includes a pre-wedding consultation and your run sheet, and we speak to your vendors from four to six weeks out.
Getting to the Hunter Valley
We are not a Hunter Valley business. We are a Sydney team that travels to the valley.
Pokolbin is a two-hour drive from Sydney (Destination NSW). Your guests are making the same drive and most stay the night, so the run sheet starts with where they are sleeping and how they get to you and back.
We're based in Sydney, so regional travel applies, and for an early start we may need to stay nearby the night before. We quote it for your venue before you book.
