Old Broadwater Farm

Old Broadwater Farm is a private-estate wedding venue on a family property in West Busselton, Western Australia, close to Busselton and the Margaret River wine region. The homestead is thought to date to the early 1800s, built from local limestone and timber, and the Packard-Hair family has cared for the property since 1912, across three generations. Only one wedding is held at a time, and the marquee has silk-lined ceilings, air conditioning, an integrated sound system and two dance floors. Couples can bring their own beverages with no corkage fee, catering runs through Supper Road, and two houses on site sleep up to ten overnight guests.
