Moving from Bridebook
Start with the guest list, because everything else reads from it. Bridebook's help centre describes an Export button at the top of the guest list; save what comes out as a CSV or Excel file and Managing Matrimony imports it, matching the columns to names, contacts, dietary needs and RSVP status.
Leave your Bridebook website live until the new one is shared. Two wedding websites for a fortnight costs nothing, and it means nobody hits a dead link. Take the old one down the day the new address goes on the invitation.
What carries over is the data you can see: names, contact details, RSVP status, dietary notes, and your budget figures. What does not carry over is the RSVP link itself: replies already sitting in Bridebook stay in Bridebook, so bring them across as recorded answers rather than waiting for people to reply twice.
