The Springs is a golf course, wedding venue and restaurant at Peats Ridge, on the Central Coast, 20 minutes from Gosford and about an hour from Sydney and Newcastle. Weddings are held in an industrial-chic ballroom that seats up to 180 guests or 250 for a cocktail-style event, with a ceremony lawn set under a century-old pepper tree. The property is also home to an 18-hole, par-72 course laid out by Al Howard and Graham Papworth, used for sunset photography, with catering from the on-site Sitting Duck Restaurant. Packages include tables, chairs, linen, a coordinator and parking for up to 140 vehicles.
