Ruby's Mount Kembla is a fine dining restaurant and historic wedding and reception venue set in the village of Mount Kembla, NSW, with a building heritage dating to the late 1800s. The venue accommodates intimate weddings for up to 50 guests in its restaurant, up to 120 guests in a silk-lined marquee with a bush backdrop, or cocktail-style events for up to 150 guests. Named after local Post Mistress Ruby Moore, the restored cottage retains original floorboards and open fireplaces, and is known for its award-winning degustation menu crafted by owner and head chef Scott Woods.
