Rosina Room at Abbotsford Convent

The Rosina Auditorium is a hireable event space at Abbotsford Convent, a multi-arts precinct in Abbotsford, four kilometres from Melbourne's CBD. The 1930s hall has polished timber floors, arched leadlight windows, a mirrored wall with ballet barres, and a raised proscenium stage with a backstage area; the adjoining Yellow Room serves as a green room. Originally part of the Convent's residential building, the hall later served mainly for performing arts and music tuition. It is wheelchair accessible through the Rosina Courtyard entrance, and is one of the Convent's 31 spaces for hire, which include weddings, engagements and catered events.
