Peppermint Bay is a restaurant and event venue in Woodbridge, about 35 kilometres south of Hobart, reached by road or by a catamaran cruise along the D'Entrecasteaux Channel. The property overlooks Bruny Island and combines an architecturally designed building with expansive lawns for an indoor-outdoor ceremony and reception setting. Couples can exchange vows beneath a 200-year-old oak tree, and receptions hold up to 180 guests seated, or more than 300 for a cocktail-style event, with food and beverage packages built around the restaurant's seasonal, local produce.
