Northern Republic is a recently restored Old Flour Mill (1873) in the historical town of Euroa, north-east Victoria, offering dining, drinking, and live music. The venue features two spaces: a warm wine hall with capacity to seat 70 guests, and a shaded outdoor garden space accommodating up to 130 people. It specialises in Italian-inspired woodfired cuisine and hosts weddings, cocktail parties, intimate dinners, and corporate events.
