About
Greystone Estate is a private wedding venue on ten acres in Pokolbin, in the Hunter Valley. Couples book the whole property for their event, with no other guests sharing the grounds. The estate runs a multi-day format, with welcome dinners, a garden ceremony and poolside recovery days across a long weekend, and sleeps up to 32 overnight guests across its suites and a separate cottage. For the wedding itself, the venue can host up to 125 seated guests or 150 for a cocktail-style event. The property was established by Tony and Melissa Calder-Mason, opening in 2018.
