Ginninderry Homestead Canberra Wedding Venue

Ginninderry Homestead is a Georgian-style wedding and accommodation venue on a 70-acre property near Macgregor, on the edge of Canberra. Its park-like gardens are bordered by Ginninderra Creek and include several locations used for ceremonies, alongside a reception centre with high ceilings, chandeliers and a fireplace. The Homestead offers four queen ensuite rooms plus a formal lounge, billiard room and breakfast room for the wedding party or interstate guests to stay overnight. The property began as a bare paddock bought in 1989 by Joe and Sue Sciberras, who built the homestead and later opened it as a bed and breakfast.
