Fairlawn Estate is a private estate wedding venue at Chapman Hill, in the Margaret River wine region of Western Australia. The homestead was built in 1840, making it the first dwelling in the district, and has been restored across three generations by the Walker family. Set on a 2000-acre working farm on the banks of the Vasse River, the exclusive, gated estate has a ballroom, a dining hall with a sixteen-seat jarrah table, two cocktail lounges and up to seven bedrooms across the homestead and its cottage. Couples can book the property exclusively for weddings and elopements, with gardens that change through the seasons.
