Dark Horse Vineyard

Dark Horse Vineyard is a 25-acre private estate in Lovedale, in the Hunter Valley, built around two custom barns used for weddings and accommodation. The Stables is an all-weather event space that holds up to 170 guests, while the Barnhouse is a homestead that sleeps six and doubles as a retreat. Couples can exchange vows at the barn doors, on the lawns, among the pear trees or within the vines, with the barns available as a wet-weather option. The vineyard, planted in the 1960s, still produces grapes for Semillon and Chardonnay, and couples hire the whole property exclusively for their celebrations.
