Allow us to introduce ourselves. At The Chapter Barn & Studio, we are proud to be a family-owned and operated venue created from decades of vision and passion. Our journey began with planning our own barn wedding. We dreamed of a private farm setting where we could relax, celebrate in style, and design every detail exactly as we imagined. When we couldn’t find it, we set out to create it—and The Chapter Barn was born. Set on the rolling hills of Outtrim, our property offers sweeping views across the Bass Coast, Inverloch, and Wilsons Promontory. The estate features a beautifully restored 120-year-old homestead, dry stone walls, manicured gardens, and an abundant fruit and vegetable garden. Guests can also enjoy the warmth of friendly farm animals and the luxury of our two-bedroom Chapter Studio, perfect for couples to stay onsite. From the moment you arrive, our goal is to make you feel at ease—welcomed not just as guests, but as part of our story.
