Briars Conservatory

The Conservatory at Briars is a wedding venue in Burradoo, in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales, run by a family business with more than 40 years in the hospitality industry. Ceremonies take place beside a lake, with couples exchanging vows at a lakeside gazebo or under a willow tree before moving to the reception room. The Conservatory itself has floor-to-ceiling windows, exposed beams and an open fireplace, looking out over the property's lawns and lake. Guests can stay nearby at Briars Country Lodge and visit the adjoining historic Briars Inn. The venue is set close to Bowral, between Sydney and Canberra.
