Barilla Bay Oysters is an oyster farm, restaurant and function venue at Cambridge, near Hobart Airport, with views over its oyster leases and the nearby Coal Valley. Weddings and other events are held in the Restaurant and the Pearl Room, catering for between 20 and 250 guests. Alongside its dining and event spaces, the property runs a farm shop and guided tours, with a menu built around fresh Tasmanian oysters and other local seafood.
