Aria Sydney is a fine dining restaurant at Circular Quay, founded by owners Matt Moran and Bruce Solomon and currently led by executive chef Tom Gorringe. The restaurant hosts weddings across several spaces, including the Main Dining Room with harbour and Opera House views, the window-lined Harbour Room, and the Wharf Room, a private dining room over Circular Quay. An outdoor terrace is used for evening ceremonies, and for larger weddings the whole restaurant is available for exclusive use. The Main Dining Room seats up to 90 guests or holds 100 standing, with a sommelier team pairing the seasonal menu with wines from the restaurant's list.
