Adams Peak Country Estate is a wedding venue in Broke, in the Hunter Valley of New South Wales, offering ceremony, reception and accommodation on one property. The Barn holds up to 150 guests seated or 180 for a cocktail-style reception, and is air-conditioned with a fireplace for cooler months. Outdoor ceremonies take place on a lawn overlooking the Yellow Rock Escarpment and Brokenback Ranges, with the Hay Shed offered as a covered alternative in poor weather. On-site accommodation sleeps up to 24 guests, and a separate retreat area is set aside for bridal preparation.
