What happens after I send an enquiry?
We reply with a written quote within 24 hours, with at least three vehicle options sized to your guest numbers and timings. Choose the option you like, pay the deposit, and we confirm your booking in writing. Final payment is due 7 days before the wedding. The day before, you receive an email with your driver's name, mobile and vehicle details, and your driver calls on arrival on the day.
How far in advance should I book?
As soon as your venues and timings are locked in. Your date is only confirmed once your deposit is received and we confirm the booking in writing, so the earlier you book, the better your choice of vehicles.
What is your pricing structure?
Wedding transport is priced per vehicle, not per person. The price depends on the vehicle size, the day of the week, your timings and how far we travel, and every quote includes GST and tolls. We always give you at least three vehicle options so you can choose what suits your guest list and budget. A $200 deposit confirms your booking ($500 for weddings over $2,500 or multiple vehicles, and 10% for bookings over $5,000). The balance is due 7 days before the wedding, and card payments attract a 1.6% surcharge.
Do you travel for weddings?
Yes. Our own fleet covers Sydney and across NSW, including the Central Coast, Hunter Valley, Blue Mountains, Southern Highlands and the South Coast. We also look after weddings in Byron Bay, the Gold Coast and Brisbane through our Queensland partner operators.

Can your coach get to our venue?
Our 41-seat coaches are ideal for sealed roads, city venues and standard carparks. For venues down a long or narrow rural driveway, we recommend our 27-seater or a combination of smaller vehicles. Send us your venue address and we'll check the route before anything is locked in.
Can we decorate the bus?
Yes. Light external decorations such as ribbons and fresh florals are welcome, attached at points your driver approves. We ask for no tape or pins, and no decorations inside the vehicle.
Can we play our own music?
Absolutely. Every vehicle has Bluetooth sound, so connect your phone and bring the playlist. Every vehicle also has climate control, and our 27 and 41-seaters have USB charging at every seat.
Can kids come along?
Kids are always welcome. Our coaches are exempt from child-seat requirements, and you're welcome to bring your own restraint for little ones (lap-belt fit varies by vehicle). Every child counts towards the seat capacity.
Can you pick up guests from more than one place?
Yes. Up to three pickups per trip are included, for example from different hotels or accommodation. For four or more, we may split guests across vehicles so everyone arrives on time, and we'll plan the best route for you.
