Elite Transfers

Checked baggage is a piece of luggage that is checked in by an airline. The length + width + height of the bag should be no greater than 62 inches or 158 cm’s. The weight of the bag should be no greater then 50 lb or 23 kgs.

Each vehicle shows its baggage capacity. If you have other items like surfboards, wheelchairs, golf clubs, bicycles or large non-standard bags, please notify us at the time of booking and we can give advice or organise a solution for you excess baggage.Elite Transfers will not be held responsible if your luggage exceeds our recommendations and cannot be accommodated in the luggage area of the vehicle.Queensland Transport licencing regulations dictate luggage cannot be stowed in the passenger area.

If your airline or cruise ship company announces your departure will be delayed, there is no need to contact Elite Transfers to inform us, as providing you supplied us with your flight / cruise number details with your original booking, your allocated driver will be monitoring your progress. Any time schedule changes will be taken into account and our driver will be there to meet you when you arrive.Please note: If your flight number changes from the one you supplied us with, we will need you to contact us with the new number as soon as possible so we can monitor the correct flight.

Contact Elite Transfers as soon as you know your flight is cancelled and supply us with your rescheduled flight details. This way we can modify your transfer booking and assure you we will be there to meet you when you arrive.

Yes WiFi is available for customers who do not have mobile (cell) data. We also have mobile phone and laptop chargers for your convenience.

Yes. We can provide child seats for babies to children aged 8 years old free of charge.Please note: All child seats must be booked at the time of your initial booking so we can have them in the vehicle when we meet you.

Our drivers use the Flight Radar 24 plane tracking app which we have found to be very accurate and reliable for our chauffeur services to run smoothly.

Under Australian law, each passenger in our vehicles needs to sit in their own seat.  So yes, children are counted in the total number of passengers when you make a booking.

Elite Transfers is fully insured with Public Liability Insurance, Comprehensive Car Insurance and CTP Insurance. However, we strongly encourage clients to purchase travel insurance prior to departure, as Elite Transfers do not take any responsibility if you miss your flight, if your flight is cancelled, or if you are unable to travel.
