Yes please! Appointments can be made easily through ouronline booking system, or bycalling our Boronia or Brunswick bridal boutiquesdirectly. Occasionally, we may acceptwalk-in appointments, but these are subject to availability and only possible when no other fittings are scheduled.

We ask that you please limit your guests to no more than 2 people. Both our Boronia and Brunswick boutiques have limited seating for guests, especially on weekends when we are extremely busy.If you have a bigger group, please phone the store directly to discuss alternative options.

Majority of our gowns are only stocked at one location; Boronia or Brunswick. Some gowns we have in both stores.If you are travelling to retry your favourite gown, or have a very specific style in mind, please phone the store directly to confirm gown’s location before making your appointment.

At Miss Bella Bridal, we respect and protect the Copyright and Intellectual Property of our Designers and their beautiful creations.To honour this, photography is not permitted during your appointment until you have purchased your gown.Once your gown has been purchased, you’re welcome to take as many photos as you like and share the excitement with loved ones. You may also video call guests during your appointment if they’re unable to join you in person.

Bridal Gowns:Our standardordering timeframe for wedding gownsis20–24 weeks, with an additional8 weeks for professional alterationsto ensure a perfect fit.Debutante Gowns:The standard ordering time fordebutante gownsis8–10 weeks, plus8 weeks for alterations.Bridesmaid Dresses:Forbridesmaid dresses, the typical ordering timeframe is16–18 weeks, with an additional8 weeks for alterations.Rush Orders:In some cases, arush ordermay be possible for certain gowns, with anadditional fee.Seasonal Considerations:Please note that as we approachChinese New Year, production and delivery may be affected. We will take your bust, waist and hip measurement and then match you to your closest size via the size chart provided by our designers. In most cases, alterations are required to fit the body perfectly.

Made-to-Order Gowns (POA):Any of our products listed asPOA (Price on Application)aremade-to-orderandcannot be purchased online. If you wish to proceed with a purchase but are unable to visit us in-store, pleasecontact usto discuss your requirements, includingsize, budget, and timeline. Once everything aligns, we canprocess your order through the storeand arrangeshippingas soon as your gown arrives, with anadditional fee.Clearance Stock:All of ourclearance gownsare available foronline purchase and shippingdirectly through our shopping cart. Please ensure you select thecorrect shipping methodwhen placing your order, as incorrect selections may result in cancellation.

Absolutely not! We have a registry for each school/event and will not sell the same gown to another debutante attending the same night.

Unfortunately we do not. However we do have a lovely range of ex-sample gowns that are available at a discounted price.

No, we do not. Wedding and deb gowns need alterations specific to the person wearing the gown to ensure a perfect fit. We do have gowns available to purchase off-the-rack, many at discounted prices.

Miss Bella Bridal is one of only a fewbridal boutiques in Melbourneofferingon-site wedding dress alterations. Our experienced team ofprofessional bridal dressmakersensures every gown is fitted to perfection, so you look and feel incredible on your special day.We recommend booking yourfirst bridal alterations appointmentaround8 weeks before your wedding. Alterations are often completed in stages and may require multiple fittings for the perfect result. Please bring yourwedding shoesand anybridal undergarmentsyou plan to wear on the day to your first fitting.If you prefer, you are also welcome to arrange yourwedding dress alterationswith an external seamstress.

The number ofwedding dress alterationsrequired varies for each bride, depending on your gown and individual fit. Because of this,alteration costs are quoted separately, on top of the price of your gown.

For yourfirst fitting, please bring theshoes you plan to wearand anyspecific underwear or shapewear. During the appointment, we will dress you in your gown, and one of ourtalented bridal seamstresseswill guide you through thealterations required, pinning the gown where necessary.We will then schedule yournext fitting. The time needed to complete your alterations depends on theamount of work requiredand how far away your event is.

Your gown isordered based on the measurementstaken at the time of purchase. As these aremade-to-order gowns,no size changes can be madeonce your order has been processed.However, we understand thatweight fluctuationscan occur. During youralterations appointments, our skilled seamstresses can discuss possible adjustments—taking the gown in or letting it out—to ensure aperfect fit.If you are planning anyweight loss before your event, please let us know at yourtry-on appointment, so we can factor this in and discuss options before your gown is ordered.

A lot of our deb styles come with straps, however if you fall in love with a style that is strapless, we can add straps of your liking in alterations.
