Black Tie Classic

Black Tie Classic is a menswear hire and retail business in Carlton, Melbourne, founded in 1994 by a husband-and-wife team and still run as an owner-operated store. It specialises in formal wear for men, stocking tuxedos and dinner suits for weddings, black tie functions and other formal events, and fits both grooms and their groomsmen. Hiring a suit follows a four-step process, starting with an enquiry, then an in-store fitting and measurement, collection with a final try-on before the event, and a return with no cleaning fee. Suits can also be bought outright from the shop's range.
