All orders are shipped from our Coolum warehouse on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. All items are in stock and ready to ship unless otherwise stated.

You can return your items if purchased during a storewide sale (eg EOFY/Black Friday) and they are not in the Sale section.Items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned for an exchange or store credit. Other SALE items can be returned if not marked as FINAL SALE.

The 10% first order welcome discount applies to all products. Minimum purchase amount is $100 AUD. If you are in NZ and your code isn't working you may try adding a small item as the exchange rate difference could mean it is under $100 AUD.
