Weddings by the Beard is run by Lachlan Grisold, a marriage celebrant based in Melbourne who also offers MC services for the reception. Grisold describes himself as a young, fun celebrant who avoids stiff, drawn-out ceremonies in favour of something personal and heartfelt, tailored to each couple's own vibe and story. His packages range from a full ceremony, described as the whole wedding with the lot, through to a simple legals-only option for couples who just want the paperwork done. He is happy to build a ceremony around a couple's music, humour and personal touches.
