My ceremonies are just like me – natural, authentic, creative, and fun – easy to listen to, and hard to forget! I absolutely love writing and sharing stories that spark laughs and happy tears, capturing your personality and style, and setting the vibe for the rest of your Day. My interest in people, their hearts and relationships is why I love holding space that bursts with the best feels; a privilege I enjoyed as a Counsellor and Teacher too. I was born in South Africa, spent some years in Melbourne and Tasmania, and now am local to Sale, servicing all of gorgeous Gippsland and beyond. I think my accent is all but gone but some still ask if I’m a Kiwi or a Pom! When not conducting ceremonies, I enjoy a chat, a dance, a Red or G&T. I’m a sucker for a good podcast, bushwalk, and navel gaze by the fire or water’s edge; and despite being a pretty average swimmer, my hubby, a skipper mate, and I sailed from Queensland to Tassie, crossing a thankfully, but eerily calm Bass Strait. I pathologically have to pat dogs, get super excited when your pets are involved in ceremonies, and of course spoil our rescue greyhound, Hazel any chance I get. As I travel around Gippsland conducting all sorts of ceremonies, I promise I’ll make a note of any great elopement spots! Call me ‘Rosemarie’ or Rose…and I’ll be over the moon to be part of your intimate ceremony, elopement, or larger gathering, just as I would for your destination event.
