Mike Larkan is a marriage celebrant and reception MC based in Melbourne. Before becoming a civil celebrant, Mike spent years as a wedding band guitarist, then a wedding DJ, then a reception MC, and he has now spent more than 10 years on the Melbourne wedding scene as a celebrant. He is also known locally as a long-time television weatherman, and describes himself as an award-winning celebrant who creates personalised ceremonies described as fun, relaxed and never boring. As MC he runs the reception with an emphasis on structure, laughter and dancing.
