What? A celebrant who is also a wedding MC? No waaaay? YES waaaay! I’m a Love hustler. Wedding whisperer. Party starter. No two couple are the same so there’s no way I’m going to trot out something I’ve done before. Each is tailored, bespoke, special – damn it, each one is the O.G.! Be warned though, I’m a nosey parker. I like to meet, chat, ask tonnes of questions and really get to know you, what makes you tick – your story. This helps me deliver your ideal ceremony. I take my role as ‘wedding-day-wing-chick’ very seriously. A few important things about me; • I’m all about inclusivity and diversity • Love is love is love – in all shapes and forms • Laughter is the short distance between people I adore humour in ceremonies. Laughter takes away the nerves and really brings everyone ‘into the room’. The trick is to find balance with ‘the feels’ and laughter. Your ceremony will completely set the tone for what’s next, whatever that is. It builds the energy, keeps the love flowing and celebrations go to the next level. That’s why it’s important get to know you both. To know how YOU want to feel on your wedding day and how you want your GUESTS to feel is key. And if you then need an MC for your reception, then look no further. I simply ‘change hats’ and get into ‘event mode’. I work with the venue, vendors and anyone else to get the party started, striving to make your reception is seamless and fun. Right until you stumble out of there and off to your happily ever after.
