Ceremonies By Shaun is a celebrant based in Woori Yallock in Victoria's Yarra Valley, working across the Yarra Valley, Melbourne and the rest of Victoria. Shaun conducts wedding and funeral ceremonies and takes on reception MC duties, aiming for a relaxed style that feels lived in rather than performed. Couples can choose from a fully personalised ceremony package, a smaller elopement option for intimate celebrations, or a simpler legal-only ceremony. Throughout, the approach favours calm, humour and genuine care over a scripted, formal delivery.

I’m based in the Yarra Valley, Victoria, but happy to travel across Melbourne and regional VIC for ceremonies.
What types of ceremonies do you offer?
I offer weddings, funerals, vow renewals, naming days, and MC services for events and receptions.
How far in advance should we book?
As soon as possible! Especially for peak wedding seasons. A booking is confirmed once the deposit is paid and paperwork is signed.
Can you help us write our vows?
Absolutely. I work closely with couples to create personalised vows and guide you through the writing process if you need help.

Yes. I handle all the legal paperwork, lodgement, and ensure your marriage is registered properly with Births, Deaths and Marriages.
