Celebrations by Rosalie is run by Rosalie Humbert, a Melbourne-based wedding celebrant and member of the Australian Federation of Civil Celebrants. Appointed by the Attorney-General's Department, Humbert designs marriage ceremonies around each couple's own wishes and personality, for occasions ranging from a formal event to an intimate gathering. Beyond weddings, she also conducts naming ceremonies, renewals of vows, commitment ceremonies and passing ceremonies. Her earlier career was in human resource management before she moved into celebrancy.
