I’m Nico. I cook South American asado and American BBQ on site — parrilla, smoker, food hanging over the fire — so the cook isn’t hidden in a kitchen. Guests gather around the flames, the smell of wood smoke, and a meal that feels like the centrepiece of the day, not an afterthought. We work outdoor and garden weddings across Sydney and NSW: city rooftops, eastern suburbs, Hunter Valley, and pretty much everywhere in between. Menus usually run about $90–$200 a head (GST included), built around the proteins and sides you actually want — not a fixed package you have to squeeze into.
