The Paella Guy is a Spanish paella specialist and mobile catering business based in Ballarat, Victoria. Executive chef Nathan Inglis learned the dish during four years living in Spain before bringing the paella pans to weddings, engagements, corporate functions and private celebrations across the region. Paella is cooked fresh on site using free-range chicken, locally sourced seafood and gluten-free ingredients, with menus that can be adapted for casual or more formal gatherings. The business generally caters to groups of fifty guests or more, though smaller functions can be discussed directly.
