At The Italian Job Catering Co, we source only the freshest seasonal produce and integrate that to the finest Italian imported products to achieve a synergy of vibrant flavours. Our pizza dough is prepared 72 hours in advance so that the slow rising dough can develop a perfectly charred soft, chewy & flavourful dough.
