Head Chef Frank has been creating Italian inspired culinary dishes for two decades. Having managed popular Sydney Italian restaurants, he decided it was time to spread the love all over Sydney. At The Italian Job Catering Co, we source only the freshest seasonal produce and integrate that to the finest Italian imported products to achieve a synergy of vibrant flavours. Our pizza dough is prepared 72 hours in advance so that the slow rising dough can develop a perfectly charred soft, chewy & flavourful dough.
