The Fire Truck Pizzeria is a mobile wood-fired pizza catering business serving the Perth metropolitan area, with additional travel available further afield for extra cost. Led by chef Lorenzo Schiaffini, who trained at London's River Cafe and ran Italian restaurants before converting a former fire truck into a mobile kitchen, the business cooks pizzas, arancini and bomboloni fresh on site. It caters weddings, parties, corporate functions, markets and festivals, with a standard booking covering set-up and around two hours of service.
