Swell Fine Food Catering is a premium catering business serving Perth and Mandurah, established by head chef Daniel Muller in 2020. Muller, who was born in Switzerland, has more than twenty years of culinary experience gained cooking around the world before settling in Mandurah, and the menu carries a European influence alongside local seafood such as oysters, scallops, crayfish, prawns and salmon. Private chefs prepare meals on site at the client's home or venue for weddings, birthdays, engagements and other private functions, and the business also runs a mobile cocktail bar for fine dining and corporate events.
