Sliders on Tyres is a Melbourne food truck catering business founded in 2013 by Owen Scungio, who left a career in fine dining to bring quality street food to events. What began as a single truck has grown into a full-service crew now running two trucks, serving weddings, corporate functions, family parties, schools and sports clubs across Melbourne, Ballarat and Geelong. Food is served as grazing platters and cocktail food from the truck, a buffet table, boxed and delivery, or table seating with share platters. One truck alone can serve up to 350 guests in an hour, with two working side by side for larger crowds.
