Pops By Launch is a Melbourne-based maker of alcoholic sorbet pops, handcrafted frozen treats containing about half a standard drink of alcohol in each pop. The range spans ten cocktail-inspired flavours, including Negroni, Espresso Martini, Mojito and Margarita, made with real fruit and natural flavours. Alongside its retail range, the business develops custom frozen pop experiences for weddings, parties, brand activations and hospitality venues, and its pops are stocked locally across four Australian states. Purchase is restricted to adults aged eighteen and over.
