Meet Gertrude

Meet Gertrude is a Melbourne catering and events company that started as a mobile caravan in 2014. Beatrice Nacor took over in 2025, expanding the venture from its original caravan concept into a broader catering and events business alongside partners Brandon, Phillip and Ryan. The team draws on Asian-inspired flavours across canapes, set menus and buffet-style catering, plus bar service, staffing and van hire for weddings, birthdays, corporate functions and private celebrations. Gertrude also hosts kitchen takeovers and pop-up dining nights around Melbourne, plus private dining for smaller gatherings.
