Ignite Catering is a Melbourne and Victoria-based catering business led by chef Bente Grysbaek, offering restaurant-quality menus for weddings, private dining and corporate events. Menus range from relaxed shared feasts cooked over live fire to elegant plated dinners, tailored to the venue and season. The business partners with wineries, distilleries, breweries, farms and orchards across Victoria to host seasonal dining experiences. Originally from Denmark, Bente has spent over three decades working as a chef, with a background that includes cooking overseas and time as a private chef to the Danish Royal Family on trips to Australia.
