Hubert + Dan is a Tasmanian catering company based in Legana, near Launceston, offering seated and standing menus for weddings across the state. Led by French-trained, Tasmanian-born chef Danielle, the team sources local produce and travels across Tasmania, from remote paddocks to established venues, setting up catering equipment on site.
