Graze catering

Graze Catering is a catering business based in Fitzroy Falls, in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales, led by chef director Richard Robinson, who has twenty-five years of kitchen experience gained internationally. The business is known for a rustic, fire-cooked style, roasting large cuts of meat, whole pumpkins and hot-smoked salmon over open flame, using local Southern Highlands produce. Menus can be built as three-course dinners, grazing tables or canapés, and are offered for weddings, corporate events, private dinners and wakes. Graze also runs The Burrow Café at its Fitzroy Falls site.
