Garnish Creative Catering

Garnish Creative Catering, based in Berry, serves weddings along the coast between Shellharbour and Jervis Bay, taking in towns such as Kiama, Gerringong, Gerroa, Kangaroo Valley and Nowra. Owned and run by Jo Jorgensen, the business takes a personal approach to each event, sourcing local produce such as herbs grown in its own kitchen garden alongside seafood and free-range meat from the surrounding coast and farms. Menus range from finger food and shared banquets to full three-course meals, and can extend to grazing tables, bohemian picnics or long table lunches on the beach, with a minimum of 40 guests per booking.
