Fine Spun Group is an event planning and catering company based at Yallah, on the South Coast of New South Wales. It operates several linked brands: a rustic-style café and catering arm at The Woolshed, external event catering under the Fine Spun Catering name, rustic wedding venue Silvergum Stables, and tailored catering aboard Karisma Cruises. The group designs custom menus for events ranging from small boardroom lunches and intimate birthday gatherings to weddings and product launches for around four hundred guests, including novelty additions such as soft-serve and hot chocolate stands or live cooking stations.
