It was founded by Catriona and Lincoln, who moved from the United Kingdom to open their first restaurant in Glenelg in February 2020. Alongside dine-in and takeaway service at each site, the business offers wood-fired pizza catering for private and corporate events across Adelaide and nearby regions, with catering menus built from its restaurant recipes. A further Fort Largs Eatery location in Taperoo is also listed among its current venues.
